Projects Funded By Donations

Donations allow us to include the widest range of people in our trainings, to reach out to isolated and neglected communities, and develop new culturally-appropriate approaches and materials to ensure that we can continue the peace process in our local area and global region.

 

Current Projects:

​

• Workshops for Peace
  To offer workshops for children and adults aged thirteen and older about peaceful daily living, healing from trauma and understanding the development of children and adults. Additional funds allow us to include farmers, low-income workers, young adults and others who do not have the ability to pay themselves. 

• Joglo Preschool
  To provide materials, support teacher training and develop reference materials in Indonesian for the Indonesian culture. Additional funds allow us to support the teachers, whose minimal salaries do not allow them to support development work themselves, and may possibly lead to expansion into a primary school in the future.

• Developmentally Appropriate Storybooks and Toys 
  To stock the production of wooden educational toys and publish storybooks at various developmental levels. Additional funds allow us to increase our stock and therefore marketing capacity and to put in production materials are already developed, written or translated.
